Great read! Loving the interviews! I would love to read more about what these guys do for the "prep" part. Or maybe a dive into "a day in the life of", what do they read, what services do they use/follow to do their prep etc.?
I was also wondering reading this, are there traders on your floors who aren't news-event traders? Say an order flow purist, staring at the ladders, if so, how have they gone this year? or are most of your traders news-event traders these days? Like The Razor for instance, how has he gone through all of this?

Thanks for your reply, TOOT was unbelievable by the way, by far the best trading book I've read in a long time. So great to get an insight into how the pros do it, trying my hardest to emulate and get my process sorted to become the best I can be.
